Member Code of Conduct
Arlberg Ski Club is a volunteer-run, family-friendly club built on respect, cooperation and a shared love of the mountain. Every member and guest plays an important role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
As a member, you agree to:
Treat fellow members, guests, volunteers and committee members with respect and courtesy.
Follow all club rules, health and safety procedures, and instructions from Lodge Officers and committee members.
Contribute positively to club life by participating in member duties and helping care for the lodge.
Respect the lodge, its facilities and the surrounding environment.
Ensure any guests you bring to the lodge understand and follow the club's rules and expectations.
Behave responsibly and in a manner that reflects the values of Arlberg Ski Club.
The committee reserves the right to investigate any concerns regarding a member's behaviour or conduct. Where behaviour is found to be inconsistent with this Code of Conduct, the club's rules or constitution, the committee may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of membership.
If a membership is terminated by the committee, any unused portion of the annual membership fee may be refunded at the committee's discretion and in accordance with the club's constitution and policies. Accommodation fees and booking charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the committee.
By becoming a member of Arlberg Ski Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by this Member Code of Conduct.
