How to do a stock take

At the end of your stay, please complete a stock take so the lodge can be restocked for the next members. The preferred option is to use the online Google Sheet. If you can't access Google Sheets from your device, use the form option below which sends your stocktake to the Food Officer.

    See the full list of ingredients in a Google Sheet. Fill in the yellow column from your phone or laptop, then text the food officer on when you have completed your order.

  • Fill in a Form

    If you can't access the Google Sheet, complete the food order form instead. This order will go straight through to the Food Officer.

    If you encounter a problem with the other two methods, you can email your food order directly to the Food Officer at food@arlberg.co.nz
